Job summary

ABA Centers in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a temporary, on-site role at our downtown corporate office. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build proactive talent pipelines, and partner with leaders to fill roles across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, and the ability to deliver data-driven hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• ABA field experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and leaders.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to align on priorities and market conditions.
• Conduct intake meetings to define role scope and criteria.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other platforms to attract candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews.
