Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a talented Recruiter to manage a high volume of staffing assignments across our client base. You will lead candidate generation, interviewing, and onboarding while maintaining confidentiality and timely payroll processes.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Service Manager, mentor junior staff, and develop a strong talent pipeline to meet client needs. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• 2–3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a high volume of recruiting activities.
• Support special initiatives assigned by Area Service Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist the Branch in daily operations, payroll, and training of new associates.
• Mentor Service Coordinators to provide excellent service to applicants, temps, and clients.
• Manage new candidate generation and job orders through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Maintain records of termination of employment in CRM and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Develop recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
• Build a talent pipeline by networking with qualified candidates.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and safety standards.
• Ensure timecards have required fields and approvals.
