Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is a Kansas-based staffing firm seeking a recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for multiple site needs in Edwardsville. You will drive a high-volume hiring process, manage candidate pipelines, and support branch operations including payroll and associate training.

Responsibilities include building talent pools, partnering with hiring managers, and mentoring coordinators to deliver exceptional service to applicants and clients.

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• 2–3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Support special initiatives assigned by Area Service Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist in daily operations of the Branch, payroll management, and training of new associates.
• Mentor Service Coordinators to provide excellent service to applicants, temporary associates, and clients.
• Manage new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain attention to detail to all candidate related processes including screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.
• Maintain a high fill ratio for branch performance.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.
• Communicate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job orders and client/candidate matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policy when interacting with candidates and clients.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
• Create a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets.
• Actively network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Commit to meeting or exceeding performance goals set by executives and safety standard goals by the Risk Department.
• Ensure timecards have necessary fields and approvals to meet industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot data entry issues and delays and design corrective actions to improve processes.
• Send collected payroll data to payroll department by deadline.
• Perform other duties as requested.
