Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and manages candidate pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Maintains relationships with passive and active candidates and with clients.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates; coordinates onboarding.
• Maintains candidate/associate records and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Supports resume review, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Builds recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
