Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Supply Chain Services Manager to oversee onsite supply chain, vending and VMI operations at a customer location, reporting to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager. You will ensure smooth operations, optimize service delivery, and align activities with Vallen's goals.

You will lead the onsite team, collaborate with inside sales and account management, develop customer relationships, manage inventory and assets, and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in supply chain management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions operations at client sites.
• Lead onsite associates, including performance reviews and training.
• Collaborate with Sr Manager to align activities with company goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and optimize inventory and assets.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels, fill rate, and downtime.
• Refine order controls to minimize stock-outs and reduce costs.
• Ensure inventory processes and cycle counts comply with protocols.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
