Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to manage on-site inventory, restock vending systems, and support VMI processes for customers. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to ensure service standards and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in inventory roles, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning inventory management tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1+ years in inventory management.
• Familiarity with VMI systems, vending machines, and supply chain operations.
• Service-oriented mindset with customer focus.
• Analytical ability to assess inventory and propose solutions.
• Strong verbal communication in customer-facing environments.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to maintain standard inventories.
• Assist onsite customers with inventory or tool usage queries.
• Log and track inventory usage and restocking per protocols.
• Monitor KPIs with Supply Chain Services Manager to meet goals.
• Identify and address potential stockouts during fills; coordinate with managers to resolve.
• Follow inventory protocols and report discrepancies or deviations.
• Collaborate with managers to execute on-site operational strategies.
• Stay updated on inventory management tools and best practices.
