Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead on-site teams, drive program growth and ensure profitable customer relationships at a client site. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies and performance standards.

This role focuses on delivering integrated supply solutions, achieving budgeted profitability, and maintaining strong customer partnerships while navigating a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale/industrial distribution or related industry.
• Preferred 2+ years of staff management with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities with Vallen products/services.
• Knowledge of financials and P&L interpretation; able to drive profitability.
• Proficiency with MS-Office suite and willingness to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals and regional profitability targets.
• Drive contractual commitments and customer cost savings at the local site.
• Demonstrate urgency in delivering excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
• Ensure payment terms are adhered to and payments are collected on time.
