Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a team at a customer location, driving program growth and day‑to‑day operations to ensure profitable relationships for Vallen. You will supervise staff, uphold policies, and manage performance while delivering value to the client.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain or distribution, with strong customer management and financial acumen. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn internal systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale or industrial distribution, manufacturing, or similar.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships and manage teams.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage staffing: interviewing, hiring, coaching, and enforcing policies and productivity standards.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals by managing P&L and site budget.
• Drive customer commitments and price/cost improvements at the site.
• Ensure timely payments according to contract terms.
