Job summary

Vallen seeks an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a on-site team and grow the program within a customer's location. You will drive day-to-day activities, ensure positive, profitable relationships, and help meet Vallen's financial goals and objectives.

You will supervise staff, maintain productivity standards, and deliver cost savings through effective supply solutions while aligning with contractual terms and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Staff management experience with team leadership and coaching.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing applications.
• Financial literacy with ability to interpret P&L expectations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer team(s) managing Integrated Supply solutions.
• Oversees staffing, recruiting, coaching, counseling, and discipline per policies.
• Achieves sales and profitability goals by managing P&L and budgets.
• Drives customer cost savings and key performance indicators locally.
• Demonstrates urgency in responsive customer service to internal/external clients.
