Job summary

Vallen is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Services Associate to manage inventory, restock vending/VMI, and support on-site operations at customer locations. This role partners with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to ensure accurate inventory control and high service levels.

You will help prevent stockouts, log inventory activity, and contribute to process improvements while upholding Vallen's reputation for excellence in supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in inventory management or distribution.
• Experience with vending machines, VMI, and general supply chain operations.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to meet inventory standards.
• Assist onsite customers and resolve inventory or tool-use concerns.
• Log and track inventory accurately per established protocols.
• Monitor KPI targets and coordinate with the manager to meet goals.
• Identify potential stockouts and work with the team on mitigation strategies.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and report discrepancies; support on-site strategies.
