Vallen Distribution in Detroit, MI is seeking a Supply Chain Services Site Coordinator to coordinate and refine onsite supply chain, vending, and VMI operations at a customer location. Reporting to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager, the role ensures streamlined operations and strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in supply chain management.
• Experience in leading teams or projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions functions and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Lead onsite associates, focusing on performance and teamwork.
• Collaborate with Sr Manager to align activities with goals.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Manage onsite inventory/assets and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Refine inventory order controls with customers and account teams.
• Ensure inventory processes and cycle counts are followed.
• Regularly review processes to improve efficiency.
