Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to execute onsite inventory and VMI tasks. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to ensure accurate stock levels and excellent service at customer locations.

The role emphasizes restocking, inventory tracking, and proactive issue resolution to maintain Vallen’s standards of excellence in supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year in inventory management or distribution.
• Familiarity with vending machines and inventory systems.
• Customer-focused approach with analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs per standards.
• Assist onsite customers with inventory or tool usage questions.
• Log and track inventory movement according to protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with managers to meet targets.
• Identify and address potential stockouts during fills.
