Vallen USA seeks an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a team on a customer site, driving program growth and daily operations that ensure profitable relationships and alignment with Vallen's financial goals.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain or related fields, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of P&L. You will oversee site performance, vendor interactions, and ensure timely customer payments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain management, wholesale/industrial distribution, manufacturing, or similar.
• 2+ years of staff management with a proven leadership record.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of recognizing manufacturing applications to save costs.
• Financial acumen; ability to interpret and manage P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and ability to learn company programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Drive contractual customer commitments at local sites.
• Demonstrate urgency in customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensure payments are collected according to terms.
