Vallen Distribution is hiring a Site Coordinator to manage onsite supply chain, vending and VMI operations at a customer site. Reporting to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager, you will help ensure smooth operations, strong customer satisfaction, and alignment with Vallen's goals.

The role collaborates with inside sales and account management to deepen customer relationships and reinforce Vallen's value proposition. A dynamic, team-focused environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions operations ensuring service standards and cost optimization.
• Lead onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates with a focus on performance evaluation, training, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager to align team activities with company goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee onsite inventory and asset management for optimal utilization and tracking.
• Monitor KPIs including service levels, fill rate, and downtime; use insights to improve service delivery.
• Refine inventory controls with customers and Account Representatives/Managers to minimize stock-outs.
• Ensure compliance with inventory protocols and perform necessary corrective actions.
