Job summary

Vallen seeks an onsite Site Coordinator to manage and refine supply chain, vending, and VMI operations at a customer site. This role reports to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager and acts as a bridge between inside sales and account management to strengthen customer relationships and deliver value.

The position emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment at multiple customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in supply chain management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with indirect materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain solutions functions and cost optimization.
• Lead onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates and develop performance.
• Collaborate with Sr Manager to align team with goals.
• Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee onsite inventory and assets management for accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements based on data.
• Refine inventory order controls with customers and managers.
• Ensure compliance with inventory protocols and cycles.
• Conduct regular process reviews to improve efficiency.
