Vallen Distribution, Inc is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to execute hands-on inventory management and on-site support at customer locations. You will restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in inventory management or related roles.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems, vending machines, and general supply chain operations.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and service orientation.
• Good analytical skills to assess inventory levels and identify issues.
• Effective verbal communication for customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
• Self-driven with a sense of responsibility to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to match standards.
• Assist onsite customers with inventory or tool usage queries.
• Log and track inventory movements per company protocols.
