Job summary

Vallen Distribution, Inc is seeking a Supply Chain Services Site Coordinator to coordinate and refine onsite supply chain, vending and VMI operations at a customer site, reporting to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager.

You will lead onsite associates, drive KPI monitoring, inventory management, and collaborate with inside sales and account management to strengthen customer relationships and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in supply chain management.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily supply chain functions and optimize costs.
• Team Leadership: Guide onsite associates, evaluate performance, and train staff.
• Strategic Collaboration: Align team activities with Supply Chain Services Sr Manager goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee onsite inventory and assets, track accurately.
• KPI Monitoring: Monitor service levels, fill rate, downtime, and improve delivery.
• Order Control Optimization: Refine inventory controls with customer and account teams.
• Compliance & Process Refinement: Ensure adherence to inventory protocols and cycles.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review processes to drive efficiencies.
