Vallen invites applications for a Supply Chain Services Associate to work on-site at customer locations, managing inventory and assisting with VMI tasks. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager to ensure accurate stock levels, quick responses to on-site inquiries, and adherence to inventory protocols.

The role emphasizes hands-on inventory control, restocking duties, and problem-solving to prevent stockouts while supporting overall customer satisfaction and service standards.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year in inventory management or distribution.
• Familiarity with VMI systems, vending machines, and general supply chain operations.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct restocking of vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to maintain set inventory levels.
• Assist onsite customers with inventory questions and resolve immediate issues.
• Log and track inventory usage, restocking, and requests per procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and support manager to meet goals.
• Identify potential stockouts and coordinate solutions with teams.
• Follow inventory protocols and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with managers to implement on-site operational initiatives.
• Stay updated on inventory tools and best practices.
