Vallen USA is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to operate on-site at a customer location, ensuring effective inventory management and service quality. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Services Manager to keep stock levels aligned with standards and drive overall customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes restocking, on-site support, and accurate logging of inventory, with a focus on meeting KPI goals and continuous process improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year in inventory management, distribution, or similar.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems and vending machines.
• Customer-focused with a service mindset.
• Analytical ability to assess inventory levels and identify issues.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage in restocking vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to meet standards.
• Provide onsite customer assistance for inventory or tool usage queries.
• Log and track inventory used, restocked, or requested per protocols.
• Maintain awareness of KPIs and work with managers to hit targets.
• Identify and address potential stockouts during fills with teammates.
• Adhere to inventory protocols and report discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with the manager and coordinator on on-site operations.
• Stay updated on inventory tools and best practices.
