The Supply Chain Services Associate at Vallen is a hands-on professional responsible for inventory management, vending, and VMI functions, primarily onsite at a customer location. This role collaborates with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to ensure accurate inventory and excellent customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring experience with VMI systems, vending operations, and a customer-focused mindset, enabling proactive stock control and reliable service delivery on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in inventory management or related roles.
• Familiarity with VMI systems and vending machines.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs per set standards.
• Assist onsite customer queries regarding inventory or tool usage.
• Log and track inventory used, restocked, or requested per protocols.
• Monitor KPIs with the Supply Chain Services Manager to meet goals.
• Identify and mitigate stockouts during vending/VMI fills and coordinate solutions.
• Adhere to inventory protocols and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the manager and coordinator on on-site strategies.
• Stay updated with inventory management tools and best practices.
