Job summary

Vallen USA is hiring a Supply Chain Services Associate to manage inventory and on-site operations at customer locations. You will restock vending machines and VMI cabinets, assist customers, and track inventory with accuracy to uphold service standards.

You will collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams, stay updated on best practices, and support continuous improvement in inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year experience in inventory management.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems and vending machines preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage in restocking vending machines, VMI cabinets and toolcribs to maintain inventory levels.
• Provide first-hand onsite assistance to customer queries related to inventory or tool usage.
• Log and track inventory used, restocked, or requested according to protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and work with the manager to meet goals.
• Identify and address potential stockouts during fills, coordinating with account teams.
• Follow inventory protocols, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
