Vallen is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to operate onsite at a customer location, handling vending, VMI, and inventory duties. You will work with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accurate logging, restocking, and proactive issue resolution while staying current with process improvements and inventory tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory management or distribution preferred.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to meet standards.
• Assist onsite customers and resolve inventory or tool-use questions.
• Log and track inventory usage and restocking per procedures.
• Maintain KPI awareness and support Manager in achieving goals.
• Identify and address potential stockouts with the team.
• Follow inventory protocols and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to execute operational plans.
• Stay updated on inventory tools and best practices.
