Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to execute hands-on inventory and VMI tasks onsite with customers. You will work with the Supply Chain Services Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, service standards, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year in inventory/SC operations, with a focus on collaboration, timely restocking, and adherence to logging protocols. Onsite presence at customer locations is a core aspect of the position.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 1+ year experience in inventory management, distribution, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with vending machines, VMI cabinets, and general supply chain operations.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to meet set inventory standards.
• Assist onsite customers with inventory or tool usage questions and resolve concerns.
• Log and track inventory accurately per Vallen procedures.
