Vallen seeks a Supply Chain Services Associate who will act as hands-on executor of inventory, vending, and VMI tasks onsite at a customer location. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account team to maintain inventory accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in inventory management or similar.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems and vending operations.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
• Analytical ability to assess inventory levels and identify issues.
• Effective verbal communication in a customer-facing environment.
• Team player who collaborates with Vallen and customer teams.
• Self-driven and reliable in completing tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Operational Fulfillment: restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to match standards.
• Customer Interaction: assist onsite customer queries related to inventory or tool usage.
• Asset & Inventory Handling: log and track inventory usage and restocking per protocols.
• KPI Awareness: monitor KPIs and work with manager to meet goals.
• Stock Out Mitigation: identify and address potential stockouts with the team.
• Compliance & Reporting: follow inventory protocols and report discrepancies.
• Collaborative Support: work with the manager and coordinator on on-site strategies.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on inventory management tools and best practices.
