This onsite role partners with leaders to deliver enterprise talent processes and innovative programs, driving engagement and growth across the organization.

Relocation is available and sponsorship is not offered. Travel up to 20% is expected, with a five-day onsite work week in Houston, TX.

• Serve as division lead for enterprise talent processes and initiatives.
• Design and implement innovative development programs.
• Use data and insights to inform talent decisions and measure impact.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through people-centered initiatives.
