Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent management processes enabled by technology to drive performance and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement of welcome sessions for new hires in partnership with Centers of Excellence.
• Collaborate on strategic workforce planning, job architecture, career planning and development initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic talent advisory aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Facilitate change management to maximize value of talent management solutions.
• Act as a partner to leaders delivering insights and creative solutions to complex talent challenges.
