Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Management Partner to design, implement, and continuously improve division level talent initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, performance, and retention across a global organization.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate business needs into actionable talent solutions with a focus on Employee Insights, Career Planning, and Professional Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong decision making and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven influencing skills to impact decisions across the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives and priorities.
• Effective problem solving using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Experience gathering and reporting data to inform talent decisions.
• Knowledge of leadership development methods and programs.
• Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute division level talent management activities such as career planning sessions, Employee Insights Survey, S&G allocation process, training workshops, CliftonStrengthsFinder, and local networking events.
• Consult on talent management topics with HR partners and business leaders.
