Staffmark Group is seeking an in-house temporary Program Coordinator for the Advantage xPO team at an onsite client location in Atlanta, GA. You will coordinate staffing activities, serve as liaison for new hire orientation, documentation, and issues between the client, Staffmark, and employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of staffing or human resources, service industry, or recruiting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client HR and talent acquisition stakeholders.
• Enter requisitions into systems and maintain communication with involved parties.
• Assist program hiring managers on proper procedures for obtaining contingent workers.
• Distribute employee guides to managers, contingent workers, and Talent Suppliers.
• Identify and resolve performance and co-employment issues or concerns with contingent workers.
