Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Recruiter I, xPO for the Advantage team to source, pre-screen, interview and place talent on assignments or direct at client sites. The role includes supporting BPO, MSP and/or RPO programs as needed, with a focus on strong customer service and client relationship building.

The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pools, and maintain accurate candidate records while collaborating with sales and operations to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and placing talent for various client programs.
• Strong interviewing and pre-screening abilities.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and stay engaged with talent.

Responsibilities

• Perform recruiting activities via social media, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks for client assignments.
• Negotiate pay rates and determine appropriate client bill rates.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and manage submission through to placement.
• Maintain consistent communication to keep candidates engaged through the recruitment cycle.
• Serve as a point of contact for talent on assignment in BPO/MSP accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure clear client communication.
• Coordinate recruiting activities nationally based on client needs.
