Staffmark Group is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to lead a shift at one of our major local customers. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, coordinating staffing needs, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

The ideal candidate will guide onboarding, ensure quality standards, and report on key performance indicators, collaborating closely with the customer and internal teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience managing 100 employees or more in a metric-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organization and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate and forecast staffing requirements with the customer’s team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training to prepare employees.
• Perform quality control to ensure customer satisfaction across the organization.
• Complete regular reporting on KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
