Acara Solutions, an Aleron company, seeks an Onsite Program Coordinator to oversee staffing operations at a client site in a dynamic, hybrid work environment in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, supplier interactions, and service delivery to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in admin and customer service, with strong Excel skills and experience with VMS/ATS tools. Travel is occasional; in-office days are part of the schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of administrative support.
• 3+ years of customer service.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a customer service and staffing plan aligned with contract terms, client expectations, and company standards.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships to promote customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Oversee daily administrative functions including personnel administration, payroll, billing, reporting, and quality compliance activities.
• Manage interactions with associate suppliers, including selection, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with internal security programs and external customer regulations (if applicable).
• Track and meet key performance metrics and benchmarks as defined by the Company.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on staffing activities, financials, and operational issues to both the client and corporate leadership.
• Administer Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass; manage job requisitions, candidate submissions, and documentation requirements.
• Regularly engage with contractors to support retention, satisfaction, and performance goals.
• Handle contractor lifecycle processes including orientation, assignment changes, and terminations.
