Job summary

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate staffing forecasts, run orientations, perform quality checks, and report KPIs to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and customer-service orientation.
• Experience in managing large teams in a metric-driven environment.
• Background in Human Resources or Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer’s organization; manage inquiries and recruiting.
• Coordinate staffing forecasts with the customer’s team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training for assignments.
• Perform quality control to ensure client satisfaction across the organization.
• Produce regular KPI reports and recommend improvements.
