Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to join our team at client facilities. You will manage daily operations, coordinate attendance, onboarding, and serve as the main liaison between the client, the branch, and the onsite workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management preferred.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including attendance tracking and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client, the branch, and onsite staff.
• Assist onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate reporting per branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client policies.
