Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a dynamic Onsite Staffing Manager to supervise personnel at the client site, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods and services. The role focuses on coaching, performance reviews, and maintaining strong client relationships with a service-first attitude.

As an onsite leader, you will oversee recruitment, orientation, safety training, scheduling, and reporting while coordinating with the branch office to meet client expectations and project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role responsible for multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to lead, organize and build effective and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and deliver value-added services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports on request.
• Manage employee relations at the site including coaching and performance reviews.
