Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Manage employee relations at the client site including coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping and payroll/invoicing accuracy; provide reports on headcount and attendance.
• Serve as liaison between branch office and client; ensure superior customer service.
