Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary contact for our client programs and to drive long-term value. You will lead recruitment efforts, monitor KPIs, and partner with client HR/Operations to ensure exceptional service and growth.

In this role you will build strong client relationships, present performance reviews, and work with cross-functional teams to align staffing solutions with client objectives. A proven track record in customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs.
• Manage daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Retain accounts while maximizing fill rate and NPS scores.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp, and perm placements.
