Zusammenfassung

Opensity Solutions seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations at a White Plains, NY client office. You will supervise on-site staff, recruit and train, and ensure exceptional service delivery across mail, copy, hospitality, and facilities functions.

You will maintain client relationships, communicate service standards, and identify efficiency improvements while supporting reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a client service, office services, hospitality, or facilities environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs and handle packages.

Aufgaben

• Oversee delivery of all site services including mail, copy, print, scan, reception, hospitality, and facilities support.
• Supervise, assign, and delegate daily tasks to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Recruit and participate in interviewing candidates for site-level positions.
• Train, coach, and support employees to ensure consistent service performance.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage of operating hours while minimizing overtime.
• Support employee development and foster a professional service environment.
• Maintain organization and readiness of office areas including copy rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Assist with basic facilities coordination such as office moves and workspace organization.
• Assist management with tracking productivity and operational performance and data for monthly reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency and escalate issues as needed.
