Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations at a White Plains, NY client location. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating mail, reception, and facilities tasks, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain service excellence, while managing workloads and scheduling to cover operating hours and minimize overtime. Onsite duties require strong organization and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous supervisory experience in client service, office services, hospitality, or facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between on-site employees and the client.
• Supervise, assign, and delegate daily tasks to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Recruit and participate in interviewing candidates for site-level positions.
• Train, coach, and support employees to ensure consistent service performance.
• Oversee delivery of all site services including mail, copy, print, scan, reception, hospitality, and facilities support.
