Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience with multi-meter use and reading electrical schematics.
• Strong time management skills and reliability for high customer expectations.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance; MVR check.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service and manage calls per SLA to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Use electromechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training.
• Serve as primary customer contact for maintenance and inventory of equipment.
• Communicate equipment status to on-site client base and coordinate with Xerox staff.
• Deliver customer training to enhance end-user knowledge of equipment functionality.
