Qualifications

• Electromechanical troubleshooting experience, including the ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage service priorities, and reliably meet customer commitments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday.
• This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair customer equipment using electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Manage service calls and resolve equipment issues in accordance with customer SLAs.
• Serve as a primary customer contact for equipment maintenance, production support, and supply inventory needs.
• Communicate equipment status and availability to onsite customers and engage additional Xerox resources when required.
• Provide customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge of equipment functionality.
