Job summary

Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience and ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits with a multimeter.
• Strong time management and reliability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance coverage; MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service to clients and resolve issues per SLA.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; training provided.
• Serve as primary customer contact for maintenance and inventories.
• Communicate equipment status to on-site client base; coordinate Xerox staff.
• Deliver training on products to improve user knowledge.
