Job summary

Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. seeks an Administrative Support role to assist the Field Service team. You will schedule service repairs, coordinate maintenance, and interface with customers, sales staff and technicians. Proficiency with MS Office and an internal ERP is required to manage work orders.

Ideal candidates are technically inclined with strong communication, typing around 40 WPM, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining customer relations and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret SDS, procedures, parts manuals and invoices.
• Capable of communicating detailed technical information clearly to team members.
• Complete legible work orders with all necessary information.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and schedule service jobs and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and scheduling to Field Service team.
• Interface with customers, service technicians, warehouse and shop personnel.
• Use MS Office and ERP to produce and close work orders.
• Coordinate modifications or repairs with engineering and vendors.
• Call customers to schedule servicing and follow up to insure completeness.
