Johnson Controls is seeking an onsite Coordinator in Calumet City, IL to support safety tracking, inventory management, and customer service operations. You will work with the Service Team Manager and Team Leads to optimize technician dispatch, scheduling, and invoicing while maintaining strong client communication.

The role requires independent workers with sharp organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail skills.
• Must communicate effectively with internal and external clients and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee safety statistics, track safety training and manage truck inventory counts.
• Generate on-call schedules, assist with customer surveys and schedule technicians with guidance from STM and Team Leads.
• Create and track orders, process shipments, update customer accounts and handle vendor communications.
