Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service in a parts/warehouse/retail environment.
• Ability to process orders and manage transactions through the order lifecycle.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person, identify and source parts.
• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Use catalogs and systems to procure parts cost-effectively.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory management and stock control.
• Identify opportunities to upsell related products and services.
• Keep records organized and ensure a tidy parts counter and warehouse.
• Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
