Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services is seeking a Service Advisor in Corpus Christi, TX. The role acts as a liaison between the Service Department and customers, owning repair orders from initiation to closure and supporting the team to ensure timely, quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of sales experience, particularly upselling service.
• Experience in an auto/diesel shop environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excede software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish rapport; gather repair issue information.
• Communicate intake of repair orders to the Foreman.
• Create and present estimates or repair plans to customers.
• Maintain communication with technicians, foremen and customers to ensure timely repairs.
