Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead for its Tucson-based production program. You will lead the electrical team, provide technical guidance to engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and design integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or STEM, 5+ years of production engineering experience, and expertise in RF/analog/digital areas with FPGA involvement. Travel is limited and the role is onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in production engineering or missile hardware.
• Experience with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Team on a production program and mentor 5–10 engineers.
• Provide cross-functional coordination and prioritize tasks.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities.
• Support production, testing, and integration with operations and quality teams.
