Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead on a production program. You will lead the Electrical Team, mentor engineers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with RF/analog/digital design knowledge, and experience in missile hardware production. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science with 5+ years relevant experience.
• RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis knowledge required.
• Experience in missile hardware production and root-cause investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Team on a Production Program and mentor engineers.
• Provide technical support and coordinate prioritization with the team lead.
• Engage in design reviews, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other disciplines.
• Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel <25%; 1st shift, onsite.
