Regal Rexnord Corp in the United States seeks a Manager II, Materials to lead planning, purchasing, and logistics for over $40 million in annual spend. You will drive lean initiatives, improve delivery, and optimize total cost of ownership across value streams.

You will supervise a Materials team, collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Finance and Customer Service, and shape supply chain strategies that support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Materials/Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance).
• 3+ years in a Materials Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supply chain management principles.
• Proven negotiation skills with contracts and supplier agreements.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, and supplier performance in manufacturing.
• Travel up to 15% as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to optimize purchasing spend.
• Lead purchasing activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain cost savings pipelines and drive cost-reduction projects to completion.
• Evaluate and recommend make-versus-buy decisions.
• Negotiate MRO agreements and support major capital purchasing initiatives.
• Participate in enterprise-wide and global supply chain projects.
• Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and annual performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and supplier development plans.
• Manage supplier performance through scorecards and KPIs.
• Execute production planning to support schedule adherence and material availability.
• Establish and monitor weekly, quarterly, and annual materials goals.
• Utilize lean principles, value stream mapping, and Kanban to reduce inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within materials.
• Participate in SIOP activities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain follow-up systems to ensure schedule adherence.
• Support product lifecycle management and engineering change processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and Management.
