Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Materials Manager to lead purchasing, production planning, and inventory management across the site, with focus on lean processes and KPIs for Quality, Cost, and Delivery. You will drive Kanban implementation, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives in a fully onsite setting.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree and at least five years in material management or supervision, with Kanban, ERP, and MRO procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Production Planning within a plant environment is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a Material Manager/Supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plan to achieve supply chain objectives.
• Manage sourcing projects and supplier performance via scorecards.
• Lead Kanban/ERP integration and drive MRO/indirect material contracts.
• Participate in SIOP process and drive continuous improvement.
