Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Senior Director of SIOP Materials Management to lead material supply planning, supplier relationships, and in-plant materials management. The role focuses on improving material flow, balance of demand and supply, and achieving productivity targets across the division.

You will drive inventory control, production planning, and logistics to enable timely delivery. The position requires 10+ years in supply chain, 5+ years in leadership, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain materials management or logistics.
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in global operations.
• Proven track record in overseeing global supply chain, inventory control, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision and long-term strategy for materials management and SIOP across the division.
• Improve supplier management, order fulfillment, inventory and materials processes.
• Manage risks and diversify supplier base for in-plant materials management.
• Ensure SIOP aligns with customer needs and factory networks.
• Identify and implement total supply chain improvements and cost savings.
